## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * A minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 1-2+ years of Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
 * Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft 365
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts and IT security best practices
 * Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

 * ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing systems
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * PC imaging and deployment tools
 * Remote user support
 * Endpoint security and patch management

Requirements

 * U.S. Citizenship required
 * Must be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled information and materials
 * Must be willing to work on-site daily and not require relocation to the area
 * Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance a plus

## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Support Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and permissions
 * Configure, image, and deploy computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
 * Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members as needed
 * Participate in IT projects, hardware refreshes, and software deployments
