## Description

IDR is seeking a BI Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves partnering with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Business Intelligence solutions, supporting system enhancements and reporting initiatives. The position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic organization with a focus on data-driven decision-making and system improvements., * Collaborate with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for new systems and improvements.

 * Translate business needs into detailed requirements, including process flows, use cases, and technical specifications.
 * Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement in data structure, reporting, and system functionality.
 * Facilitate communication between business teams and technical resources to ensure project alignment and scope clarity.
 * Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation efforts to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
