## Description

* Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
 * Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas
 * Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project
 * Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
 * Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed
 * Provide deployment support
 * Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)
