## Description

The IT Fusion Center Analyst is responsible for monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure and applications, identifying and responding to incidents, coordinating incident management activities, and ensuring the stability and availability of production systems. The analyst serves as the "eyes and ears" of the IT organization by continuously monitoring alerts, investigating issues, escalating incidents, and communicating status updates to stakeholders., * Monitor enterprise applications, infrastructure, and networks using tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms.

 * Identify, investigate, prioritize, and escalate IT incidents.
 * Support Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes.
 * Participate in major incident bridge calls and facilitate communication among technical teams.
 * Provide clear and concise status updates, issue notifications, and risk communications to leadership and stakeholders.
 * Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
 * Perform basic testing to validate system availability and resiliency.
 * Create and maintain runbooks, process documentation, and monitoring procedures.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to improve monitoring capabilities and reduce incident response times.
 * Conduct shift handoffs and ensure operational continuity across a 24x7 support environment.
