EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * High School diploma or equivalent SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY * Proficient in Office 365, ServiceNow, A+ certification preferred ## Description The Technical Support Specialist I is the entry-level support position within ECP's Technical Support Services organization.
