The Data Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end data management including referrals, member information files, return transmission files, authorization and billing support, data systems maintenance, reporting, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases, and interested in healthcare operations, managed care, and population health programs., * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 2 years of administrative, healthcare operations, data entry, or coordination experience. * Experience working with healthcare data, managed care, Medi-Cal, or CalAIM Enhanced Care Management programs preferred but not required. * Experience using EHRs (particularly OCHIN Epic), care management platforms, CRM systems, or billing systems. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. * Analytical problem-solving and data reconciliation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. * Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards. * Bilingual or multilingual skills ideal but not required.
