As a Community Solutions Manager at Victra, you will lead a team of field representatives covering a portfolio of apartment communities (Multi-Dwelling Units) in your market. You will hire, coach, and develop your team, own market-level results, and build the carrier and community relationships that turn properties into long-term partners - driving Verizon Home Internet, Mobile, and Perks adoption across the territory. This isn't a desk job. This isn't a one-and-done sale. It's a relationship-driven role where the happier your properties are, the more your commission grows.
