## About the Role

Do you have experience in Security compliance frameworks implementation?, * Extensive Project Management experience managing complex, multi-site initiatives.

 * Strong knowledge of NERC CIP, particularly CIP-6 compliance requirements.
 * Experience with Physical Access Control Systems and Video Surveillance/Security Systems.
 * Experience with one or more access control platforms:
 + C"CURE 9000 (preferred)
 + Lenel
 + Client
 * Demonstrated success managing regulatory compliance projects and maintaining audit-ready documentation., * PMP Certification.
 * Utilities or energy industry experience.
 * College degree preferred but extensive relevant experience is valued more highly.

## Description

* Lead the integration of NERC CIP security and compliance programs.
 * Develop project implementation plans, schedules, and security system designs.
 * Oversee deployment activities across multiple sites while ensuring project milestones are achieved.
 * Conduct site walkdowns and assess physical security infrastructure.
 * Review management model documentation and maintain auditable project records.
 * Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards, with a strong emphasis on CIP-6 requirements.
 * Coordinate implementation activities involving physical access control and video surveillance systems.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully execute security initiatives., * Hiring immediately to support implementation planning.
 * Major planning and build activities begin in Q4, with full implementation launching in Q1.
 * Hybrid schedule with employees selecting their in-office days (2 days/week).
 * Approximately 25% travel (about once per month) to sites in Texas, California, and Maine. Typical site visits last 1 2 days, with approximately three visits per site throughout the project. Business travel expenses are reimbursed.

This role will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving security infrastructure integration, and delivering successful project outcomes during this large-scale utility integration initiative.
