This is a hybrid design role that blends marketing creative with website UX/UI design. You'll create digital assets across channels while also designing intuitive, conversion-focused web experiences. This role is especially focused on CRO and experimentation, supporting design iterations, site improvements, and test concepts that help improve performance across the customer journey. You'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and the CRO team to deliver on-brand, user-centered design solutions. design updates and supporting consistent adoption of the design system. You will report to the Senior Creative Manager within the Marketing Services team.
