## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
 * Expert-level experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI.
 * Strong expertise in T-SQL development (stored procedures, views, functions).
 * Hands-on experience in SQL performance tuning and optimization.
 * Experience developing and maintaining complex reports and dashboards.
 * Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues efficiently.
 * Strong communication skills to interact with system administrators, developers, and stakeholders.
 * Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
 * Knowledge of data access performance tuning and database performance optimization.
 * Familiarity with data transport protocols (e.g., SFTP, XML, JDXDML).
 * Experience with Case Management data and/or Justice System data.
 * Understanding of Application Development Lifecycle and documentation best practices.
 * Basic knowledge of networking principles and system resource analysis.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

## Description

* Maintain and optimize data collection and sharing processes.
 * Develop SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence.
 * Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server Clusters and Power BI Report Server.
 * Monitor and optimize SQL Server performance.
 * Design and develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
 * Collaborate with Business Analysts and customers to define and refine requirements.
 * Assist in system analysis and application design efforts.
 * Ensure adherence to database standards, best practices, and security policies.
 * Participate in JIRA-based team development processes.
