A.) from 4-year college or university and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Real administration experience with enterprise virtualization, ideally VMware vSphere or Nutanix. * Solid networking fundamentals: VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, switching, wireless, VoIP, DNS and DHCP, and the discipline to troubleshoot connectivity methodically from the client up rather than guessing. * Active Directory and identity administration: Group Policy, user lifecycle, permissions, and a least-privilege habit. * Experience supporting infrastructure across multiple sites, with the documentation and change-management discipline that remote support demands. * A structured troubleshooter who takes ownership, communicates clearly during an outage, and works well within a team. Preferred Experience * Palo Alto firewall administration (Panorama a plus) * Citrix administration, especially virtual app and desktop delivery and Citrix printing (both label/Zebra and standard). This carries real weight in our environment. * Okta or a similar identity provider, including integrating Active Directory with cloud identity * CrowdStrike or comparable EDR, and general security tooling * Pure Storage or other enterprise SAN * Juniper switching and Mist wireless, and/or Aruba Central; we're migrating toward Juniper * IQMS or other manufacturing ERP administration * IGEL thin client infrastructure management * Zoom and Microsoft Teams business collaboration platforms, phone systems, and integrations including Algo paging equipment. * Scripting and automation (PowerShell) and a habit of looking for ways to reduce manual work * Experience in a manufacturing or plant-floor environment with multiple locations. ## Description This position is responsible for the administration, stability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of the organization's core infrastructure and end-user technology environment. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer supports enterprise systems, networks, identity management, and endpoint technologies while contributing to infrastructure improvements and technology initiatives. This role works closely with IT team members and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned with operational needs., * Own and strengthen core infrastructure. Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Falcon's server, virtualization, storage, and identity platforms. Ensure systems remain secure, reliable, well-monitored, and properly documented throughout their lifecycle. * Maintain a resilient enterprise network. Support and optimize Falcon's multi-site network environment, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, VPN connectivity, and core network services. Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives that improve performance, scalability, and security. * Deliver reliable end-user technology. Support virtual desktop and application environments, endpoint technologies, printing systems, and plant-floor devices that enable employees to work efficiently and keep operations running smoothly. * Serve as the senior technical escalation point. Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure, network, and endpoint issues. Partner with support team members to resolve challenges, share knowledge, and elevate technical capabilities across the IT organization. * Lead and contribute to strategic technology initiatives. Play a key technical role in infrastructure modernization efforts, system upgrades, technology implementations, and continuous improvement projects that support Falcon's long-term growth and operational objectives. * Build sustainable, repeatable IT practices. Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures that improve consistency, reduce risk, and ensure critical knowledge is shared across the team. * Collaborate across the organization.
