This role oversees day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, endpoint management, identity services, and related platforms. This position also supports post-acquisition IT integrations by onboarding newly acquired agencies into Trucordia's standardized environment, including migrations, identity cleanup, endpoint onboarding, and system alignment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on administrator with strong troubleshooting skills, solid Microsoft 365 experience, and the ability to work effectively in complex environments. This mid-level role requires someone who can work independently, resolve escalated issues, document work clearly, and contribute to broader integration efforts. We are seeking someone that is dependable, security-minded, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality support., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 4+ years of systems administration, infrastructure, or enterprise IT experience. * Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. * Experience managing users, groups, permissions, mailboxes, licensing, devices, policies, and access controls. * Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, endpoint management, licensing, and Microsoft 365 services. * Working knowledge of PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting. * Experience with endpoint management, device compliance, application deployment, and configuration management. * Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical teams, vendors, and end users; willingness to travel up to 10 to 20 percent as needed.
