This multifaceted position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen. As a Programmer Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain software solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of programming languages, system architecture, database architectures and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable software applications., Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain that required qualification would be: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent with experience requirement listed below. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in database support, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in highly integrated environments. * Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of one industry standard programming language such as SQL, HTML, C Plus, .NET, JavaScript or Python. * Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License. ## Description 1. Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. 2. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including code documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications. 3. Research and document requirements for environment or business improvements and propose solutions to management teams. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, software developers, and other business units to ensure seamless integration of software solutions. 5. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. 6. Run and monitor application performance measurements for new and/or existing programs, isolating areas for improvement, and advanced level troubleshooting. 7. Install software products for end users as required. 8. Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or closing gaps in operational efficiencies. 9. Ensure applications/systems adhere to industry standards, compliance regulations, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and maintain integrity. 10.
