This role involves working closely with business users, warehouse teams, and technical consultants to design and deliver scalable SCM solutions. 1. Functional Consulting & Solution Design * Lead implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management modules. * Design and configure Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions. * Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis. * Prepare functional design documents (FDD). 2. Advanced Warehousing and Manufacturing * Configure inbound, outbound, picking, packing, wave, and load management processes. * Design warehouse location profiles, work templates, and mobile device processes. * Support inventory, logistics, and transportation workflows. * Lead implementation of D365 Manufacturing modules. * Configure and support Discrete, Process, or Lean Manufacturing. * Handle BOMs, routes, production orders, and shop-floor processes. 3. Testing & Deployment * Coordinate UAT activities and business sign-offs. * Support data migration, cutover, and go-live. * Provide post-go-live functional support and stabilization. 4.
