* Managing a 500-unit facility and front office
 * Converting rental inquiries into new customer rentals (sales)
 * Customer relations and professional communication
 * Managing leasing contracts and accurate record keeping
 * Coordinate schedules and daily office tasks
 * Maintain clean and organized office and facility
Must have:

 * Computer Skills; above basics- word, excel, Canva, Microsoft, and more
 * Experience in Sales- must be able to convert leads to new rentals
 * Office Manager Experience: Ability to prioritize tasks, take charge, and be the office leader, time management, problem solving, and generating sales leads.
 * Strong written and verbal communications skills
