Must-Have Skills

 * Experience building low-latency APIs and managing the full SDLC (design, development, deployment, production support).
 * Search relevance, NLP, Vector Search, Personalization, and Search Analytics.
 * Git/GitHub, Agile, and A/B testing., * B2B/eCommerce search experience.
 * Master''s degree in Computer Science or related field.

## Description

* Lead the enterprise search platform strategy and architecture.
 * Develop scalable, cloud-native search solutions.
 * Improve search relevance using KPIs (CTR, Zero Results, Query Performance).
 * Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
