Physical & Work Conditions - Frequent driving and travel between sites throughout the workday. - Lifting up to ~50 lbs; bending, kneeling, ladder work, and tight-space access. - Occasional after-hours or weekend work for scheduled installs/cutovers - when applicable ## Description We're hiring a Field Technician to travel to client sites and perform hands-on IT work: workstation deployments, structured cabling and low-voltage wiring, network and phone hardware installs, and general troubleshooting. This is a client-facing role - you are BlueTower in the room, so professionalism and reliability matter as much as technical skill., Location / travel: Syracuse / CNY -based. Most work will be in the Syracuse / CNY region, with occasional travel to Greater Rochester area for training and servicing our wider service region - roughly the Buffalo-to-Syracuse corridor and the communities north and south. Company vehicle provided, with gas and travel expenses covered, so the miles are on us.
