This role serves as the technical authority across integration architecture and Workday security, ensuring solutions are compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with enterprise standards. The role partners closely with HR, IT, InfoSec, and third-party vendors to ensure that all integrations are secure-by-design, properly documented, and operationally sustainable.
