## Description

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team at our Phoenix office. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of Windcave's servers, networks and software worldwide. Your efforts will ensure 24/7/365 uptime for our customers and staff., * Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.

 * Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.
 * Administer data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).
 * Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
 * Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
