Do you have experience in Managing clients in a customer support role?, Orion Technologies Inc is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our incredible team. You'll be at the center of the team's operations. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and ability to manage client relationships. This role is a blend of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, providing both frontline user assistance and more advanced troubleshooting. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering strategic value and works in a high powered, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, documenting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service., * 2+ years of IT support experience required.

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent documentation and ticketing processing skills.
 * Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
 * Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

## Description

* Provide prompt and friendly technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and network issues.
 * Perform user administration, password resets, workstation deployments, and software installations.
 * Diagnosing and resolving escalated technical issues
 * Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures.
 * Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Escalate vendor-related or highly specialized issues when necessary.
