All work must be maintainable by the engineers who follow. * Eye for customer experience, application and data security, and code optimization. * Excellent written and oral communication skills required. ## Description As our Sr. Front End Engineer, you will: * Contribute primarily to our Front End, as well as coordinating and ideally contributing across the full stack - backend, API layer, and frontend, collaborating positively and effectively across teams. * Deliver high-quality, secure, efficient, scalable, and reusable code that always protects customer privacy and confidentiality. * Be responsible for the quality of code delivered. * Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimization to ensure the performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications. * Act in a lead role, partnering with architects and Scrum team members to drive technical decisions in projects. * Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyze code to identify areas for modification and maintain and support existing products. * Provide input on our architecture, data modeling, and APIs. * Consult with product managers to define, scope, and plan new features. * Partner with teammates to ensure cohesive, quality, and reusable solutions are produced. * Test, evaluate, and recommend technologies to improve our overall solutions. * Leverage AI tools to gain efficiency in all areas of SW development * Produce complete and coherent documentation. * Deliver general engineering and operational excellence.
