COMPUTER SKILLS: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Adequate skill in navigating and working with the company's ERP and CRM software * Proficient typing skills are required, * How many years of conveyor installation experience do you have? * How many years of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience do you have? Experience: * supervisory : 7 years (Required) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Required) ## Description * Direct and manage the day-to-day activities of on-site mechanical and controls technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship * Act as the primary liaison between the on-site team and the Field Project Manager, ensuring clear communication and project alignment * Ensure all installations and maintenance activities meet project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards * Supervise and coordinate the training and instruction of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety * Oversee project schedule, make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and report daily/weekly progress to the Field Project Manager * Manage hours worked by the team to stay within the project's scope and budget * Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly * Other duties as assigned, * Plan and schedule project tasks in alignment with the milestone installation timeline(s), assigning responsibilities to ensure efficient completion of the project milestones * Train and mentor team members in best practices for conveyor system installation and maintenance * Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a professional work environment ## Related Videos - [Is HR dead?
