This is a hands-on, builder role. The person we hire will not inherit a mature PM framework. They will create one, right sized for who we are: a large, fast moving concrete subcontracting business that needs practical tools and disciplined execution over methodology. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing IT infrastructure and networking projects as they are overseeing business intelligence, data analytics, and custom application development efforts.
