Do you have experience in Troubleshooting electrical systems?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field

 * 5+ years of experience in hardware testing, with experience in both product testing and manufacturing testing environments
 * Demonstrated ability in hardware design principles and testing methodologies
 * Experience with test automation and development of test frameworks
 * Skilled in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
 * Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

## Description

* Develop and implement detailed test plans for hardware components and systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance standards
 * Create and oversee tests for the manufacturing team, developing test setups that facilitate efficient and effective production processes
 * Utilize a variety of test equipment to evaluate electronic systems, components, and materials
 * Analyze test results to identify defects or quality issues, collaborating with engineering teams to devise solutions
 * Lead the development of automated test systems to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
 * Document test procedures and results, maintaining clear communication with the engineering team and management
 * Stay abreast of the latest testing technologies and methodologies in the robotics and automation industry
