Responsibilities include performing daily operational tasks, auditing data, monitoring API performance, and identifying data discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, task-driven, and comfortable working in a team environment to maintain the smooth operation of client file integrations. While not client-facing, this position is essential to upholding data quality and ensuring timely issue identification and resolution within our integration processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Support the Client Services & Deployment Lead and EDI Analyst by performing integration tasks and audits. * Conduct audits comparing: * Workday data reports to API data received by Benefit Harbor. * Carrier file extracts to source data in Workday. * Monitor and review API success/failure logs and exception reports. * Perform daily operational tasks, including: * Confirming scheduled APIs executed as planned. * Verifying delivery of scheduled client files. * Analyze carrier EDI output reports for data discrepancies. * Identify and flag issues for resolution. * Work with internal team to communicate corrective actions to clients. * Document processes and findings to support team transparency and continuous improvement. * Assist in testing and validation of new file builds or updates. * Partner with other team members during new client onboarding or open enrollment activities.
