## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * We are looking for a strong Java UI/UX Swing programmer willing to work in a fast-paced environment requiring broad experience, adaptability, quick learning, and excellent problem-solving skills. We need someone who can develop new features for Telit deviceWISE Workbench and other deviceWISE products. This role also involves finding and fixing defects. This candidate will also interact with Sales, Technical Support, Testers, Project Managers, and FAEs to design and deliver robust solutions., * Experience with communication protocols in java, TCP/UDP/JDBC/HTTP/etc.

 * Experience in the Windows environment including tools for debugging, profiling, and version control
 * Comfortable using Eclipse or an equivalent IDE for Java development
 * Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
 * Experience with Git source control management
 * Experience with JIRA for Project/Issue Tracking
 * Familiarity with web application front-end development, Typescript/JavaScript/Angular and similar.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * 5+ years of Java Swing development experience
 * Experience with enterprise-level user interfaces built with Java (Swing) front end, dealing with a lot of data from multiple sources
 * Front-end web development knowledge preferred but not required
 * 2+ years of object-oriented design experience
 * Hands on experience with agile development process

## Description

* Responsible for supporting and enhancing our deviceWISE IoT products, primarily the deviceWISE Workbench desktop application with web front end development as well
 * Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting on a variety of operating systems
 * Develop solutions for a variety of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating system environments
 * Organize and schedule their work and determines the best approach to solve a range of highly complex technical problems
 * Participate in architecture, design, code reviews and unit testing
 * Provide application support, analysis and design related to new and existing applications as well as finding innovative and cutting-edge solutions to meet business needs
 * Interact with architects, project management, developers, testers, and other engineers to estimate, plan, design, test, and release new solutions according to the committed plans
 * Provide Level 3 support and interacts with support engineers, management, and customers as needed
 * Work independently and collaborate well with others
 * Follow and improve our design, verification, build, and release processes, * Java Swing and general Java and JavaScript front-end development experience
