This is not a traditional project management role - we are looking for a seasoned HCM professional who has come up through the suite, deep in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, or Talent, and has evolved into delivery leadership. You know what good HCM implementation looks like, and what it looks like when it is about to go wrong. You will serve as both the functional thread lead and project manager for the HCM workstream on a multi-year international program - accountable for team delivery, client relationships, and keeping the workstream aligned with overall program objectives.
