Preferred: Apple certifications (ACMT/ACSP) and/or Jamf certification. ## Description Connexus Hub is seeking an Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise service desk and endpoint engineering for a federal client in Washington, DC., Provide subject-matter expertise for Apple/macOS endpoint management, configuration, deployment, and support within an enterprise service desk environment. Troubleshoot and resolve macOS device, application, and integration issues; support end users. Administer macOS device management (MDM), e.g., Jamf, including imaging, configuration profiles, patching, and security/compliance baselines. Collaborate with Microsoft/Windows, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to maintain a secure, reliable endpoint environment.
