This position provides tier II service desk support for Foundation users across all work locations, including the Foundation's San Antonio Street office, Dental Hub, mobile dental clinics, and remote work locations. The Systems Administrator will maintain HIPAA compliance for the organization by ensuring systems are updated, maintained, and operating in accordance with all applicable organizational policies, standards, and procedures. The Systems Administrator installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and upgrades Foundation workstation and server hardware, software, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
