## Description

JOB Hennepin County's Office of Budget and Finance department is seeking to hire a PeopleSoft ERP Finance Manager. This critical leadership position requires expertise in finance, accounting, and ERP system knowledge at an enterprise level. The role is responsible for maturing the ERP eco system footprint by focusing on futuristic business needs and ERP system capabilities., * Identify ways to use PeopleSoft to streamline finance and banking processes.

 * Stay up to date with new features and functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft ERP system.
 * Develop, plan, and execute a futuristic rolling roadmap for PeopleSoft FSCM that solves business problems with automation.
 * Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle and collaborate with other public and private sector organizations to understand industry standards and best practices.
 * Own the budget and make financial decisions for the APEX division.
 * Partner with other finance entities in the county to ensure policy compliance and operational accuracy.
 * Lead and prioritize work direction for a team of ERP functional analysts that support finance functions in PeopleSoft.
