You'll be working through our backlog of legacy videos-identifying the ones with the highest re-optimization potential and redesigning their thumbnails to lift click-through rate (CTR)., Required * 2-5 years in graphic design or art direction, ideally focused on social media or video-platform packaging. * Strong hands-on design execution in Photoshop or equivalent-this role produces finished thumbnails, not just direction. * Must have hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools in a real production workflow (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, or similar). This is a priority qualification. * Self-directed research habits: comfortable mining search data, auditing competitor channels, and building your own work queue. * A track record of making and defending data-driven design decisions. * Experience with YouTube Analytics or comparable video-performance tools. * Familiarity with A/B testing methodology (YouTube Test & Compare a plus). Preferred * Awareness of health and wellness content and compliance-sensitive claims.
