This role serves as the primary technical resource for implementations leveraging the Enfocus suite of tools, including Switch, PitStop, and Phoenix, platforms and works closely with Operations, Production, Sales, and IT teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and support strategic technology initiatives., * Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications, integrations, and automation solutions. * Implement, cConfigure, support, and optimize Enfocus Switch, PitStop, and Phoenix workflows. * Develop workflow automations, file exchange, and systems integrations across ERP, MIS, DAM, CRM, web-to-print, and production systems (eg RIP). * Serve as the internal subject matter expert for workflow automation and production integration systems.
