## Description

A fast-growing startup is hiring a Software Engineer to help build AI-powered systems that automate complex, high-volume operational workflows in healthcare. This is a high-impact opportunity working directly with the founding team to apply modern AI and software engineering to a problem area that has historically relied on manual processes.

What You'll Do

 * Build and deploy production AI applications and intelligent workflow automation systems

 * Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python

 * Develop customer-facing products and internal tools using TypeScript and modern web technologies

 * Apply LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows to solve real-world operational challenges

 * Own projects end-to-end from architecture through deployment
