 * Basic mechanical, electrical, or materials knowledge
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
 * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry)
 * Willingness to learn failure analysis and testing techniques, * Failure analysis and root cause investigation
 * Product testing and inspections (electrical, mechanical, thermal, visual)
 * Use of lab and test equipment
 * Data documentation and report writing
 * Electronics, materials science, manufacturing or troubleshooting experience (preferred)

## Description

* Assist with basic failure analysis investigations on products and components
 * Perform mechanical, thermal, electrical, or visual product testing and inspections
 * Support root cause analysis using structured methods (training provided)
 * Collect, organize, and document test data and results
 * Operate lab and test equipment under supervision (training provided)
 * Support quality investigations and corrective actions
 * Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
 * Prepare clear documentation and reports of findings
 * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
