## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

 - PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
 - Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Experience with project management software and tools.

**Preferred:**

 - Master's degree in a related field.
 - Experience in change management and driving innovation.
 - Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
