## Description

Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Holdings, Inc. (SEUHO), a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is seeking a full-time IT Technician in our Mt. Prospect, IL, location. This person will provide support on IT-related tasks and is part of the SEUHO-IS helpdesk. This person will report to the IT Supervisor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

 * Assist in resolving hardware/software issues for end users
 * Work on IT projects as directed by management
 * Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining desktop systems
 * Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
 * Install hardware (computers, monitors, servers, UPS, routers, switches, etc.)
 * Manage all equipment and perform periodic inventories as required
 * Troubleshoot mobile devices, configure new devices
 * Install and configure computer systems, phones, and applications within the company
