## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Technical Aid to support day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical skills and a strong customer service mindset who enjoys troubleshooting and supporting end users., * Minimum 2 years of IT experience (help desk, desktop support, or similar)

 * Strong knowledge of:
 * Hardware and software troubleshooting
 * Desktop setup and configuration OR printer operations
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems
 * Good understanding of device installation and cabling
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to problem-solve and work independently
 * High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting high-speed commercial printers
 * Background in field support or onsite IT environments
 * Familiarity with system testing or documentation validation

Ideal Candidate

 * Hands-on IT support experience
 * Comfortable interacting with end users
 * Detail-oriented and organized
 * Able to manage multiple support requests efficiently

## Description

* Provide technical support to internal staff and users
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Manage and track IT tickets and service requests
 * Escalate complex or high-priority issues as needed
 * Install, configure, and maintain:
 * PCs and workstations
 * Office printers and high-speed commercial printers
 * Cabling and related hardware
 * Perform routine system testing and production support tasks
 * Assist with validating:
 * User manuals
 * Procedures and documentation
 * Support maintenance of office and IT equipment
 * Lift/move equipment and supplies (up to 20 lbs)
