## Description

Join CrossCheck, a leader in payment solutions, and help keep our nationwide team running smoothly. We're looking for a motivated IS Operations Technician to provide hands-on technical support, solve problems, and make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

 * Be the first line of support for employees-resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, escalate when needed, and document resolutions for future reference.
 * Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
 * Install, configure, and support hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
 * Assist with system upgrades, asset management, inventory, and overall system reliability.
 * Maintain a secure IT environment while supporting company policies and procedures.
 * Perform monthly IPL backups of the AS400 (iSeries) system.
 * Support and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
