This role builds conversational workflows, trains NLP models, integrates enterprise systems, and supports production deployments of conversational automation capabilities. The Specialist collaborates with architects, engineers, contact center teams, and business stakeholders to automate member interactions and improve digital service capabilities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Designs and develops conversational workflows and dialog tasks within the Kore.ai platform. * Trains NLP models, including intents, entities, and contextual conversation handling. * Develops service node scripting logic using JavaScript to support API integrations. * Integrate conversational bots with enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, contact center solutions, and core banking APIs. * Configures and maintains escalation workflows that transfer conversations to live agents when appropriate. * Performs testing and validation of conversational experiences, including regression and user acceptance testing. * Monitors bot performance metrics, including containment rates, intent accuracy, and conversation success rates. * Analyzes conversation transcripts and refines training models to improve conversational performance. * Maintains documentation and development standards for conversational automation solutions. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities. * Participates in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature delivery.
