If you're looking for a role where your ideas actually shape how things get done, this is it. ## Description We are seeking a motivated and resourceful IT & Operations Specialist to join our growing managed services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our helpdesk, owning day-to-day client support while also managing network infrastructure, billing, and quoting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who wants real ownership over how support is delivered - not just a ticket queue to clear.
