Proficiency with CRM databases is important as well as basic computer programs including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Experience with Canva preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, and prior nonprofit development or administrative experience is helpful. However, more valuable than prior experience is a willingness to learn and to grow, and a collegial and collaborative approach to working with a close-knit three-person department in an exciting and often fast-paced environment. Periodic nights and weekends will be required to be present for CCA shows or donor events., This position requires the ability to sit and/or stand and move for extended periods of time (including going up or down stairs and/or elevator), flexibility and adaptability to various work settings, as well as the ability to use a computer and to communicate via phone. Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. when setting up materials or department events. Can perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. ## Description The Capitol Center for the Arts seeks candidates for the full-time position of Development and Membership Manager. Reporting to the Director of Development and the Associate Director of Development, the Development and Membership Manager will work closely with all departments within the organization to grow and maintain a robust membership program, assist in donor stewardship, and provide general administrative assistance to the Development Department.
