This role sits at the intersection of CI, branch health, test infrastructure, analytics, and developer workflow. It is centered on technical design and implementation rather than operational coordination, with a focus on building durable systems that reduce manual triage, improve signal quality, strengthen gating, and help teams make better decisions before risky changes land.
