* Obtain and maintain technical certifications for MFP/Printer Hardware and Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Solutions (vendor partners may change)
 * General sales and technical support for Sales Department
 * Solutions Lab Research and Development, Software Testing
 * Maintain Lab and Showroom environment
 * Custom Demo configurations - working with sales engineers to develop POCs and execute onsite trials
 * Installation and configuration of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutions
 * Customer Training for MFP/Printer Equipment, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutions
 * Help desk support for Tier 2 and 3 solutions
