This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with solution architecture responsibilities across custom applications, integrations, workflow automation, Service Bridge / Service Exchange, and business-critical capabilities across CSM, FSM, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and PPM/SPM. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, this role partners directly with business units, platform owners, and technical teams to understand operational needs, evaluate current processes, and recommend ServiceNow-aligned solutions.
