Displays strategic thinking and good judgment when faced with complex or difficult situations and decisions. * Proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs. Education/Experience: * A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required. A combination of education and experience might be used in lieu of college degree. * A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an HRIS role is required. Experience with relevant HRIS and ATS systems (i.e. Paylocity, Harri). ## Description Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS platforms such as Paylocity and, harri. Act as the technical backbone of HR, ensuring that systems support payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and compliance requirements while providing accurate reporting and analytics for decision-making.
