## Description

The Data Analyst collects, analyzes, interprets, and reports healthcare and operational data to support clinical, financial, and strategic decision-making. The role works closely with providers, clinic managers, billing staff, and leadership to identify trends, improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with federal healthcare reporting requirements. Family Health Care Clinic is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving patients through multiple clinic locations. [familyheal...clinic.com], * Collect and validate data from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 * Analyze patient population health trends and utilization data.
 * Monitor quality measures, including preventive care and chronic disease management metrics.
 * Support UDS (Uniform Data System) and other regulatory reporting requirements.
 * Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
 * Identify opportunities to improve patient care, productivity, and operational efficiency.
 * Assist leadership with strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
 * Collaborate with billing and finance teams to analyze revenue cycle performance.
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 * Create visualizations and presentations for management and board meetings.
