## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Create CAD sketches in Adobe Illustrator

 * Create technical flats and stitch layouts
 * Strong Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
 * Experience in Excel and know how to create a sweater tech pack, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 * Minimum of 1-4 years' experience in Sweaters with knowledge about construction, yarns, stitches and gauge
 * Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

## Description

The Design Assistant, Sweaters is responsible for supporting the Sweater Designer and Design Team. This position supports the Wholesale Apparel business., * Create technical sweater sketches and CADs in Adobe Illustrator

 * Build tech packs in Microsoft Excel including preliminary specs, yarn, stitches and relevant construction details
 * Communicate with factories and other internal teams on product development, technical design, and sourcing throughout the product life-cycle
 * Provide design comments on lab dips and samples to factories, as needed
 * Check in new samples and maintain organized sample library
 * Research current trends, silhouettes, and stitches, including shopping or attending trade shows
 * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
 * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
