Required Education: Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria: High School Diploma or GED, plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering or related field, plus (7) years of systems engineering experience ## Description The Scrum Coach will support a government program by coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, and promoting continuous improvement across the program.
