* Experience: 15+ years in enterprise software delivery, with 5+ years strictly designing scalable microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures.
 * Legacy Modernization: Proven track record of breaking down legacy monolithic applications into distributed, containerized systems.
 * Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in AWS (preferred) or Azure, including container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
 * Polyglot Backend Depth: Hands-on architectural fluency in at least two: C#/.NET Core, Java, Python, or Node.js.
 * Data & Messaging: High-throughput integration experience using Kafka or RabbitMQ, alongside SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DocumentDB).
 * Pre-Sales & Commercials: Demonstrated success writing RFPs/SOWs, creating effort estimations, pricing models, and presenting technical business cases to C-suite executives.
 * AI Solutioning: Practical experience designing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions to drive operational efficiency and cost reductions.
