 * Healthcare domain expertise, including HEDIS, CMS Interoperability, FHIR.
 * SQL, NoSQL, Python, PySpark.
 * Data modeling (Erwin).
 * ETL/Data Integration: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica.
 * BI/Analytics knowledge and strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred:

 * 10+ years in Data Architecture (Healthcare).
 * 5+ years in healthcare data platforms, interoperability, and cloud solutions.
 * Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems.
 * Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.

## Description

* Design and maintain scalable, secure Data Warehouse & Data Lake solutions.
 * Build healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR, HL7, USCDI/US Core.
 * Develop healthcare data models (Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, EHR).
 * Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, data governance, quality, and security compliance.
 * Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
 * Optimize data pipelines, storage, and real-time/historical data access.
